73 Definitions for ch 5
In this Act:
controlled dangerous substance means an explosive or other dangerous substance declared by regulation to be a controlled dangerous substance.
explosive means a dangerous substance declared by regulation to be an explosive.
prohibited dangerous substance means—
(a)
an explosive declared by regulation to be a prohibited explosive; or
(b)
any other dangerous substance declared by regulation to be a prohibited dangerous substance.
