74 Unauthorised manufacture of certain dangerous substances
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person manufactures a prohibited dangerous substance; and
(b)
the person is not authorised under a licence, or by regulation, to manufacture the substance.
Maximum penalty: 2 000 penalty units, imprisonment for 7 years or both.
(2)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person manufactures a controlled dangerous substance; and
(b)
the person is not authorised under a licence, or by regulation, to manufacture the substance.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units, imprisonment for 4 years or both.
