113 Revocation of nuisance notices
(1)
The registrar must revoke a nuisance notice if satisfied, after carrying out an inspection, that—
(a)
the notice has been complied with; and
(b)
adequate steps have been taken to reduce the nuisance or stop the nuisance from happening again.
(2)
A revocation must be in writing given to the person to whom the notice was issued.
(3)
A copy of a revocation notice must be given to the person because of whose complaint the nuisance notice was issued.
