16M Register of domestic and family violence incidents—access
The DFVR coordinator must ensure—
that the register is accessed only by the following:
a delegate of the coordinator;
a person authorised, in writing, by the coordinator to access the register or part of it; and
that personal information on the register is disclosed only to a person with access to the register—
for the purpose of exercising a function under this part; or
as otherwise required or authorised under this part.
The DFVR coordinator must notify a person with access to the register of the person’s obligations to deal with information on the register in accordance with the requirements under this Act or another territory or Commonwealth law.
