(c)
include information to provide guidance on complying with requirements for—

dealing with information under this part; and
(ii)
storing and managing information dealt with under this part.
(3)
A Ministerial protocol is a notifiable instrument.
(4)
In this section:
disposal, of information dealt with under this part, includes the deletion or destruction of the information from a record keeping system.
