203A Registration of vehicles in the name of 2 or more people
(1)
This section applies if a motor vehicle was, is or is to be registered in the names of 2 or more people.
(2)
In this chapter, a reference to a person in whose name the vehicle was, is or is to be registered includes a reference to each person in whose name the vehicle was, is or is to be registered.
