209C Status of forces agreements
(1)
Duty under this chapter is not payable on an application to register a motor vehicle if the vehicle is subject to a status of forces agreement.
(2)
In this section:
status of forces agreement means an agreement between the Commonwealth and another country allowing for the importation of vehicles by visiting military personnel.
