334 Collecting further statistical information
When—
(a)
the time for filing an application disputing the validity of an election has ended; and
(b)
the Court of Disputed Elections has determined any such applications in relation to the election;
the commissioner may use ballot papers, certified lists of electors, declaration voting papers and other electoral papers used in the election to collect statistical information.
