112 Entry of premises
(1)
An analyst may accompany an authorised officer who has entered premises under a power of entry under part 11 to conduct the tests necessary to decide whether this Act is being complied with.
(2)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder an analyst in the exercise of the analyst’s powers under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(3)
An analyst who enters premises under subsection (1) is not authorised to remain on the premises if, on request by the occupier or a person apparently in charge of the premises, the analyst does not produce the analyst’s identity card.
