26 Consideration of suggestions etc and revision of draft environment protection policy
(1)
The authority must consider the suggestions and comments made to it during the consultation period about the draft environment protection policy.
(2)
The authority may, in writing, revise the draft environment protection policy in accordance with any of the suggestions or comments.
