Making of environment protection policy

(1)

After complying with section 26 in relation to the draft environment protection policy, the authority may submit the draft policy (as revised, if at all, under that section) to the Minister for consent to make the policy.

(2)

If the Minister consents, the authority must make the draft policy as an environment protection policy.
