91F Certain documents to be available free of charge
The authority must—
(a)
make a document mentioned in section 91E (2) (b) available to the public without charge by—
(i)
making it accessible on an ACT government website, or by a link on an ACT government website; or
(ii)
making it available for inspection during ordinary business hours at an ACT government office; and
(b)
on request by a person, give the person a copy of the document without charge.
