5 Prescribed study—parenting practices of drug users
For the Act, dictionary, definition of prescribed study, paragraph (b), the Territory epidemiological study known as Parenting in the Socio-cultural Context of Illicit Drug or Harmful Alcohol Use that—
(a)
relates to the parenting ideas and practices of different groups of women, including illicit drug users; and
(b)
is conducted by the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health; and
(c)
began in September 1998;
is declared to be a study to which the Act applies.
