Prescribed study—the opiate program

For the Act, dictionary, definition of prescribed study, paragraph (b), the Territory epidemiological study, known as the opiate program (TOP), in which the opioid treatment index is applied to give aggregate data that produce measures of prevalence and distribution of opioid dependence, is declared to be a study to which the Act applies.
