105 What territory authorities does div 9.6 apply to?
(1)
This division applies to a territory authority if the authority is prescribed by regulation for this division.
(2)
A reference in this division to a division 9.6 authority is a reference to a territory authority to which this division applies.
(3)
To remove any doubt—
(a)
nothing in this Act prevents a division 9.6 authority also being a division 9.7 authority; and
(b)
a regulation may prescribe a territory authority for this division whether or not this part would otherwise apply to the authority.
