This division applies to a territory authority if the authority is prescribed by regulation for this division.
This division also applies in relation to territory authorities in relation to certain assets, rights and liabilities (see s 118).
A reference in this division to a division 9.7 authority is a reference to a territory authority to which this division applies.
To remove any doubt, a regulation may prescribe a territory authority for this division whether or not this part would otherwise apply to the authority.
