95 Quorum at governing board meetings
(1)
Business may be carried on at a meeting of the governing board only if at least 1/2 the number of members appointed are present.
(2)
However, if the establishing Act for the governing board provides that a board member is a non-voting member, that board member is not counted as a member appointed or present for subsection (1).
