23 Adult licence conditions, firearms collectors licences—Act, s 73 (1) (g)
The following conditions are prescribed in relation to a firearms collectors licence:
(a)
the licensee must not display an heirloom unless the display is authorised under a permit;
(b)
a licensee must not dispose of a firearm other than a category C or category D firearm to someone other than a licensed firearms dealer or licensed collector.
