26 Dealer licence condition, club armourers—Act, s 73 (1) (g)
(1)
This section applies in relation to a firearms dealer licence if the licensee has been issued the licence for the purpose of being a club armourer.
(2)
It is a condition of the licence that the licensee must only buy firearms or firearm parts from, or dispose of them to, people who are—
(a)
members of the approved club of which the licensee is the armourer; or
(b)
members of an approved club that is visiting that club.
(3)
The licensee must not make a profit from a transaction mentioned in subsection (2).
