34 Permit to acquire, conditions for foreign acquirers—Act, s 154 (c)
A permit to acquire a firearm issued to a foreign acquirer is subject to the condition that the person—
(a)
only acquire a firearm of the type stated in the permit; and
(b)
produce the permit when the person acquires the firearm; and
(c)
carry the permit when the person is in possession of the firearm to which the permit relates and produce the permit to a police officer on request; and
(d)
acquire, possess or use the firearm only for the purpose stated in the permit.
