36 Conditions of temporary recognition of interstate licences—Act, s 136 (3)
The prescribed conditions for the possession or use of a firearm are—
(a)
that the individual complies with the Act, part 12 (Safe storage of firearms) to the extent required of an individual holding a licence issued in the ACT corresponding with the individual’s interstate licence; and
(b)
that the individual does not let anyone else possess or use any firearm in the individual’s possession if the other person is not authorised to possess or use the firearm.
