111A Evidentiary certificates
(1)
The conservator may give a signed certificate—
(a)
stating that on a stated date, or during a stated period, a stated person was or was not a licensee; and
(b)
if the person was a licensee—including details of the person’s fisheries licence.
(2)
A certificate under this section is evidence of the matters stated in it.
(3)
Unless the contrary is proved, a document that purports to be a certificate under this section is taken to be a certificate.
