112 Production of licences
(1)
A licensee commits an offence if—
(a)
a conservation officer or fisheries officer requests that the licensee produce their licence for inspection at the officer’s office; and
(b)
the licensee does not comply with the request within 2 working days after the day the request is made.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
