23 Who is a suitable person to hold a fisheries licence—pt 4
(1)
In this part:
suitable person, to hold a fisheries licence, means a person who the conservator is satisfied is a suitable person to hold the licence.
(2)
In deciding whether a person is a suitable person to hold a fisheries licence, the conservator must consider each of the following:
(a)
suitability information about the person;
(b)
any information given to the conservator under section 25 (Suitability of people—further information about people).
