36C Offence—fail to notify change of name or address
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is a licensee for a fisheries licence; and
(b)
the person’s name or address changes; and
(c)
the person does not, within 30 days after the change, give the conservator—
(i)
written notice of the change; and
(ii)
the licence.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
