36D Licence—conservator to change name and address
(1)
This section applies if a licensee for a fisheries licence gives the conservator—
(a)
written notice of a change to the person’s name or address; and
(b)
the licence.
(2)
The conservator must enter the changed details on the licence and return it to the licensee.
