Fisheries licence register

In force

(1)

The conservator must keep a register of fisheries licences and recreational group licences (the fisheries licence register).

(2)

The fisheries licence register must include the following details for each licence:

(a)

the name of the licensee;

(b)

the licence number;

(c)

the licensed activity;

(d)

the term of the licence;

(e)

the conditions on the licence;

(f)

anything else prescribed by regulation.

Note Licence number—see s 33.

(3)

The fisheries licence register may include anything else the conservator considers relevant.

(4)

The fisheries licence register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the conservator decides.
