36O Offence—fail to keep records
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is a licensee; and
(b)
the person does not keep the records required by regulation for the licence.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is a licensee for an activity involving a priority species; and
(b)
the person does not keep the records required by regulation for the licence.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
