42 Cancellation of registration
The conservator may cancel a fish dealer’s registration if—
(a)
the dealer is convicted, or found guilty, of an offence against this Act, or a law of a State corresponding to this Act; or
(b)
the dealer’s registration has been suspended for failure to give information in accordance with a direction under section 64 (2) and the dealer has failed to give that information within 14 days after the day of suspension.
