82A Offence—exceed possession limit
(1)
A person commits an offence—
(a)
if the person possesses an amount of fish of a particular species; and
(b)
the amount of fish is more than the possession limit.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
(3)
This section does not apply if the person’s conduct is exempt conduct.
