24 Directions about information, clocks and lighting

The licensee commits an offence if the licensee contravenes the code of practice, section 1.27 (2) (which is about compliance with the commission’s directions).
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is an offence of strict liability.
Note Reasonable excuse is available as a defence to a prosecution under this section, see s 26.
