24 Approval of CMS—Act, s 67 (1)
(1)
The commission must not approve a CMS unless—
(a)
the commission has considered the results of a technical evaluation of the system by an approved entity; and
(b)
the system (as approved) does not include the gaming machines connected to it.
Example—system
the system may include the ‘black box’ relay station connected to gaming machines
