24A Offence—dispose of gas equipment otherwise than in accordance with standards
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person disposes of an article that is—
(i)
a consumer piping system or part of a consumer piping system; or
(ii)
a gas appliance or part of a gas appliance; and
(b)
the disposal does not comply with a standard prescribed by regulation that applies to the article.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
