In force

In this part:

business premises means premises in which a business, trade, profession or calling is carried on, other than a part used for residential purposes.

connected—a thing is connected with an offence if—

(a)

the offence has been committed in relation to it; or

(b)

it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or

(c)

it was used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.

offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing has been, is being, or will be committed.
