41 Identity cards
(1)
The construction occupations registrar must give to each inspector an identity card that specifies the inspector’s name and appointment as an inspector, and on which appears a recent photograph of the inspector.
(2)
A person must, within 7 days after ceasing to be an inspector, return the identity card to the construction occupations registrar.
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 1 penalty unit.
