Decision of construction occupations registrar

(1)

The construction occupations registrar must, within 20 working days after receiving an application under section 18D—

(a)

approve the commissioning of the appliance (with or without conditions); or

Examples—conditions

1 that a compliance indicator is attached to the gas appliance

2 that the gas appliance be inspected by a gas inspector before it is commissioned
