150 Appointment of inspectors
(1)
The regulator may, in writing, appoint any of the following people as inspectors:
(a)
a public servant;
(b)
a person who is appointed or employed by the Commonwealth.
(2)
In exercising functions as an inspector, an inspector must comply with any directions of the regulator.
