25 Real estate
If the property for which a manager is appointed includes land held under the Land Titles Act 1925, the manager must—
(a)
within 14 days after being appointed, lodge a copy of the order of appointment; or
(b)
within 14 days after being registered as manager under section 12, lodge a copy of the relevant order of appointment together with evidence of the registration;
with the registrar-general.
