27AA Accounts—public trustee and guardian
(1)
This section applies if the public trustee and guardian is appointed as the manager of a person’s property under this part.
(2)
The public trustee and guardian must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, provide a statement to—
(a)
the person; or
(b)
if a guardian has been appointed for the person—the person’s guardian.
(3)
The statement must contain the accounts relating to the management of the property during the year.
