20 Establishment of heritage register
The council must keep a register of heritage places and heritage objects (the heritage register).
The heritage register must include the registration details for each registered place or object.
For each place or object nominated for provisional registration, the heritage register must include the following:
details of the place or object;
the date the nomination application was given to the council; and
if an application for an urgent decision on the nomination application has been made under section 30—
a statement to that effect; and
the date the application was given to the council.
In addition, the heritage register must include the following:
each heritage guideline;
each heritage direction;
each repair damage direction;
each heritage agreement;
each enforcement order.
The heritage register may also include any other material the council considers appropriate.
