21 Public access to heritage register
(1)
The council may—
(a)
approve an internet site for this Act; and
(b)
publish a copy of the register (other than restricted information) on the internet site.
(2)
An instrument under subsection (1) (a) is a notifiable instrument.
(3)
A person may inspect the heritage register during ordinary office hours at a place named under subsection (4).
(4)
The council must name a place where the register may be inspected.
(5)
An instrument under subsection (4) is a notifiable instrument.
(6)
On application, the council must give a person a copy of all, or any part, of the heritage register.
