50 Partial cancellation of registration of place or object
(1)
In this part:
cancellation includes partial cancellation.
partial cancellation means the exclusion of part of a registered place or object.
(2)
This part applies to a partial cancellation as if—
(a)
a reference to a registered place or object were a reference to the part of the place or object to be excluded; and
(b)
all other necessary changes, including any changes prescribed by regulation, were made.
