Unneeded land may be returned

In force

(1)

This section applies if the housing commissioner is satisfied that unleased land that has been placed under the commissioner’s control under section 32 is no longer needed for this Act.

(2)

The housing commissioner may, by instrument, surrender control of the land to the territory planning authority.

(3)

An instrument under subsection (2) is a notifiable instrument.
