31 Notification of decision
(1)
The NHMRC licensing committee must notify its decision on an application for a licence to the following:
(a)
the applicant;
(b)
the HREC that assessed and approved the activity or project proposed in the application as mentioned in section 30 (3) (b);
(c)
the relevant Territory entity.
(2)
If the NHMRC licensing committee decides to issue the licence, it must, in addition to issuing the licence to the applicant, give a copy of the licence to the entities mentioned in subsection (1) (b) and (c).
