32 Period of licence
(1)
A licence—
(a)
comes into force on the day stated in the licence or, if no day is stated, on the day it is issued; and
(b)
remains in force until the day stated in the licence, unless it is suspended, revoked or surrendered before that day.
(2)
A licence is not in force throughout any period of suspension.
