18B Client services charter
The president must—
(a)
every 3 years, after consulting with the ACT community for 8 weeks, prepare a client service charter that states—
(i)
how the commission will provide services to the community; and
(ii)
what the community can expect when dealing with the commission; and
(b)
publish the charter on the commission’s website.
