40A When may someone complain about a service for children and young people?
A person may complain to the commission about a service for children and young people if—
the service is not being provided appropriately; or
the provider of the service has acted inconsistently with any of the following:
the generally accepted standard of service delivery expected of a provider of the kind of service to which the complaint relates;
the child safe standards prescribed under section 94V;
any other standard prescribed by regulation; or
the service is not being provided.
