53M Retirement village complaints—ACAT orders
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the commission refers a complaint to the ACAT under this division; and
(b)
the ACAT is satisfied that the respondent engaged in an unlawful act.
(2)
The ACAT may make 1 or more of the orders mentioned in the Retirement Villages Act 2012, section 181 (ACAT orders).
