Cabinet and Executive documents

In force

This Act does not entitle the commission—

(a)

to require a person to give any statement of information or answer any question that relates to Cabinet proceedings or confidential proceedings of the Executive; or

(b)

to require any person to produce an official record of Cabinet office or of the Executive; or

(c)

to inspect an official record of Cabinet or the Executive.
