Arrangements for staff

(1)

A commission may arrange with the head of service to use the services of a public servant.

Note The head of service may delegate powers in relation to the management of public servants to a public servant or another person (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 18).

(2)

A public servant subject to an arrangement under subsection (1) must act in accordance with the direction of a member, and not otherwise.
